Shajeeuddin Syed Ltd is a London-based construction and installation company founded by Shajeeuddin Syed. The company takes on construction and installation work as a single, coordinated service, so clients deal with one team rather than separating the build from the fit-out.

Every job is scoped clearly before work starts on site, with materials, timeline, and sequencing agreed upfront. The same team that handles the structural and groundwork stages carries the project through to final fit-out and finishing, keeping the work consistent from start to completion.

Construction

Structural and site-level work, covering a project from the ground up.

  • Groundwork & site preparation Levelling, excavation, and preparing a site so the build can proceed safely and on schedule.
  • Extensions & structural alterations Adding space or changing the layout of an existing property, including load-bearing changes carried out to plan.
  • Brickwork & masonry Block and brick work for new structures, boundary walls, and repairs to existing masonry.
  • Renovation & refurbishment Updating older properties, from structural repairs to full internal refurbishment.

Installation

Fit-out and finishing trades that complete a space once the structural work is done.

  • Fixtures & fittings Installing fixed units, fittings, and hardware to a finished standard, ready for use.
  • Internal finishing & joinery Interior woodwork, finishing carpentry, and detail work that gives a space its final look.
  • Domestic & commercial fit-out Fitting out residential and commercial spaces, scoped to the use the space is intended for.
  • Snagging & final-stage installation Resolving outstanding items at the end of a project so the work is fully complete before handover.
